The evolution of ATAM communication: New Campaign Launches
A new multi-subject campaign, released in September throughout Europe, stems from the need to position the message of ATAM as a creator of "living technology", naturally inclined to evolution. Products are shown in applications that progress from previous campaigns, demonstrating their significant capabilities and are supported by images that are as engaging as they are evocative. Technical insights reinforce the considerable added value of the ATAM offer.
New AC Immune Options for Demanding Railway and Tramway Applications
The families of ATAM Series 463 to 466 have been enriched with windings capable of suppressing AC electromagnetic interference which can contaminate the DC magnetic field generated to drive the solenoid valves. How is this achieved? The coil is made with two coaxial windings. Any possible disturbance in the network that can disrupt the "main" field generated by the first winding is cancelled by the magnetic field generated in the second, which is short-circuited. The main winding, powered with DC current, can thus continue to drive the solenoid valve stably, even in the presence of "dirty" power supply, for the benefit of efficiency and safety along the line.
A Quality Process According to ATAM
ATAM boasts a quality system that allows it to accurately check not only products, but their entire management too, via an operating system, complete with defined procedure, which synergistically involves all departments. All customer requirements are clearly defined from the point of order inception. Periodic reviews ensure that progress closely mirrors these requirements before moving on to defining the documentation and equipment needed to ensure that once complete, the component fully complies with the customer’s requests.
New Website Offers a Three-Click Solution
Encompassing the very latest principles of web design, leading to an improved user experience, the new ATAM website offers simple, intuitive and multidirectional navigation, enabling users to reach the desired page in a maximum of 3 clicks. The interface is also responsive to offer a fully mobile friendly design. A new integrated product search engine further ensures information is found quickly and easily, with even more powerful search tools already in development for a future release.
Lean production of cable entry connectors with control circuit
Atam’s use of SMD components and press-fit assembly technology allows it to offer even greater reliability and precision on a highly automated production process for cable entry connectors with control circuit. The high production speed gives increased capacity, resulting in reduced customer lead times.
Cable entry connectors with new integrated circuits
ATAM’s cable entry connectors have been updated and equipped with a control circuit, allowing them to benefit from SMD components and press-fit assembly technology. The visual indication element has also been renewed and now incorporates the most efficient high-definition LEDs.Protection against voltage spikes ensured by a transil: a compact bidirectional diode that guarantees a longer life to the system thanks to its rapid intervention.
ATAM - A global brand in industrial connection
ATAM's production of solenoid valve connectors ranks it among Europe’s leaders in terms of volume, quality and range. Collaborations with the main solenoid valve manufacturers allow it to stay abreast of the needs of the market to which it supplies connectors and solenoids. The added value of ATAM lies precisely in the technical synergy between the two products, which allows it to offer customers optimal solutions in terms of reliability, quality and convenience.
