ATAM’s integrated production system has a new fully automated vertical storage unit that contains moulds and various mechanical component kits. The integration of the storage system into our production process allows all operators to access any required equipment in real time to deliver more flexible and efficient production scheduling. Workstations equipped with LEDs facilitate the identification of the mould, which is then collected by an automated handling system in just a few seconds thanks to the use of bar coding.
